Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Staff Scheduler to coordinate employee schedules, manage staffing needs, and ensure adequate coverage for daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update employee work schedules.
Ensure appropriate staffing coverage based on operational needs.
Coordinate shift changes, call-outs, vacation requests, and absences.
Communicate schedules and updates to employees and management.
Monitor staffing levels and identify scheduling gaps.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and attendance documentation.
Respond promptly to scheduling questions and concerns.
Ensure scheduling practices comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
Qualifications
Previous scheduling, administrative, or workforce coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and solve scheduling conflicts.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
