Job Description
Real Estate Showing Agent
Who you work with matters.
We are looking for an agent who wants to develop a successful real estate business by learning how to conduct property showings, host open houses, and build relationships with prospective buyers while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants practical experience, professional coaching, and ongoing accountability while developing the skills needed to become a productive real estate agent.
You will learn how to prepare for property tours, understand buyer preferences, research available homes, and communicate effectively with prospective clients. Through guided training and experience alongside licensed professionals, you will become familiar with the local housing market, develop stronger sales conversations, and understand how successful agents help buyers navigate their property search.
Open house training will be an important part of your development. You will learn how to organize and promote open houses, welcome visitors, ask meaningful questions, and identify potential client opportunities. You will also develop effective follow up strategies to help turn open house conversations into appointments and lasting business relationships.
Coaching, mentorship, and consistent accountability will help you establish productive daily routines, improve your communication skills, and develop confidence in real estate sales. You will gain exposure to buyer consultations, listing presentations, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management while learning how experienced agents organize their activities and build a reliable pipeline of business.
As your skills and experience grow, you will have opportunities to develop your own client relationships, generate referrals, and expand into buyer and listing representation. Newly licensed agents and those currently completing their real estate licensing education are welcome to apply. An active real estate license is required before performing licensed real estate activities or earning commissions.
