We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands on experience through property showings, open houses, and buyer relationships while earning rewarding commissions. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field while continuing to develop the skills needed to build their own real estate business. You will show properties to prospective buyers, host open houses, communicate with leads, coordinate appointments, and help clients explore homes that fit their goals. You will learn how to create a welcoming open house experience, start productive real estate conversations, identify buyer needs, and turn new connections into client relationships. The hybrid structure allows you to gain valuable showing experience while developing beyond the showing role. Through coaching and practical experience, you will strengthen your follow up, buyer consultations, lead conversion, negotiations, contracts, and overall client communication. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop the confidence and daily habits needed to manage buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing while creating future opportunities through referrals, repeat clients, and your growing database. Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Lead follow-upReal estate salesDatabase campaignsLead generation Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Real Estate license required in order to work with clientsMust live in an area Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
