Become a Showing Agent with The Kren Group in Miami

The Kren Group, based at 11440 N Kendall Dr, Miami , is seeking a friendly, motivated Showing Agent to join our expanding real estate team. You'll engage with clients, showcase a range of properties, and guide prospective buyers as they navigate the home-search process.

This opportunity is ideal for a real estate professional who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing exceptional service. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team where your efforts contribute to memorable client experiences and the continued success of our business.

Please note: This is a commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood amenities
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other real estate agents
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property listings
• Assist clients with questions and concerns throughout the showing process to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with The Kren Group team to support marketing and sales efforts
• Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a showing agent or in a similar real estate role
• In-depth knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to manage multiple property showings and maintain a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with real estate software and mobile apps for scheduling and client management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are a plus
