Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that has the drive and passion for providing safety and memorable experiences for guests!Our oceanfront hotel has 5 hotel towers and over 150,000 square feet of indoor and gorgeous outdoor event spaces. Join us and see why Hilton is ranked the best hospitality brand to work for!Ideal candidates for this role will possess:At least one (2) year of security officer experience.Quality customer service background.Prior hotel security would be beneficial.Shift Pattern: AM PM Overnight (Varies)Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditionsAssist with investigations: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidentsMaintain accurate documentation: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of security reports and recordsRespond to emergencies: Assist in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threatsProvide exceptional guest assistance: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiencyAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
