The role of a Personal Assistant at GreenLeaf Industries entails providing comprehensive and proactive support to the Executive team. The individual in this position works closely with high-level executives, using excellent organizational and planning skills to manage the daily operations and long-term schedules of company leaders. Responsibilities: Manage the daily schedule of senior executives, ensuring appointments and meetings are appropriately planned and confirmed. Facilitate internal and external communications, managing correspondence and screening calls and requests. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight reservations, ground transportation, hotel bookings, and itinerary preparation. Ensure that executives are well-prepared for meetings, and following up on actions from meetings when required. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and maintain data privacy at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. A combination of substantial relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of the formal qualification. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, working with senior management. Strong knowledge of office procedures as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and office equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups and individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
