Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)Pay Range: $55/hr on w2What's the Job?Develop creative concepts and design solutions from initial idea through final production execution. Create compelling visual communications across a wide range of projects, including employee communication campaigns, consumer-facing digital campaigns, environmental graphics, and branded spaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual stories that drive audience engagement and strengthen brand perception. Ensure all work aligns with established brand standards while identifying opportunities to evolve and elevate the creative expression of the brand. Design data visualizations, infographics, and support strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations.What's Needed?Proven ability to take conceptual ideas from strategy and design through final production-ready execution. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong experience working within and extending complex brand identity systems. Exceptional typography and layout skills, with a deep understanding of hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling.
